Good systems start with understanding people.
I grew up around business owners. My grandfather, father, and mother were entrepreneurs. I learned early that a business is personal, and the way it runs affects the people inside it.
My career took me from hands-on operations to business integrations, systems implementation, and leading a project management team. At Next Net Media, I worked across businesses and helped translate leadership decisions into clear priorities and delivery.
In July 2024, I turned my focus to Bell Consulting Solutions. Today I work with businesses across industries, learning their processes, building the systems, and training the people who use them.
The tools vary. The work is consistent: understand what happens from start to finish, make the missing steps clear, and leave people able to run it.
