What do you do for my business?+
I learn how your work gets done, identify the steps that need improving, and build a practical system around your process. That can include AI, automation, clearer templates, or better reporting. I test the setup, document it, and teach your team how to use it.
Do I need to know what I want built?+
No. Bring a recurring task or process that takes more effort than it should. We identify a useful starting point together. You do not need to choose a tool or write a technical brief.
Who do you work with?+
US businesses with 1–100 people, across industries. My agency and travel work are examples of the approach, not limits on who I help.
Will I work directly with you?+
Yes. You work directly with Branden from discovery through implementation and handoff. I am based in St. Petersburg, Florida, and work remotely across the US.
Which engagement is right for me?+
Build in a Day starts at $1,500 for a small, ready-to-build improvement. A 30-Day Implementation starts at $6,000 for an agreed larger scope with defined delivery capacity. A 60-minute expert working session is $250. The intro call is free.
Does the 30-day engagement include all of your time?+
No. Your proposal reserves defined capacity for specific deliverables across a 30-day period. It does not include 30 full working days, exclusive availability, or unlimited requests.
How does payment work?+
Build in a Day is paid before the scheduled day. For a 30-day engagement, $3,000 reserves the start and the remaining quoted balance is due before kickoff. The proposal defines the scope, cancellation terms, client responsibilities, and remedies before payment.
Are software subscriptions included?+
Software plans and usage are separate. We explain the expected costs before you commit. Your accounts remain yours.
Do I have to use Claude or ClickUp?+
No. I often work with Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, and ClickUp, but the process determines the tools. We start with what is working and discuss any recommended changes before building.
How do we decide what AI can do?+
We agree on its information sources, allowed actions, and the steps a person reviews. Testing uses representative examples from your work, including foreseeable exceptions.
Will you show my team how to use it?+
Yes. A build day includes simple instructions and a recorded handoff. A 30-day engagement includes documentation and team training for the agreed workflows, adapted to the people using them.
How do we agree on what is included?+
Before booking, we name the improvements, deliverables, acceptance tests, timeline, and the access and feedback needed from you. The quote includes building, testing, and the agreed handoff. Software subscriptions and usage are separate.
What if I want to add something?+
We agree on any extra cost and schedule change before starting additional work. For a 30-day engagement, we can also agree to swap comparable unfinished items. There are no automatic overage charges.
What happens after handoff?+
You receive the setup and operating instructions. Implementation defects reported within 30 days of handoff are corrected without additional fees; a covered issue remains covered until resolved. New features, client changes, and later platform changes need a separate scope. Occasional help is $150/hour with an approved spending cap; monitoring is quoted when needed.
What if we are delayed, or something does not work?+
We agree on client deadlines before reserving the work. Client delays can move delivery into the next available slot without extending reserved capacity. If a delay or defect is mine, I correct it without extra fees. The proposal specifies completion and refund remedies for an agreed deliverable that cannot be completed.
