Updated September 10, 2026. These terms describe new engagements. An existing signed agreement remains in effect unless both parties agree to change it.
Your written proposal
Before payment, we agree on the deliverables, acceptance tests, price, reserved capacity, timeline, client responsibilities, access requirements, and cancellation or rescheduling terms. The signed project agreement controls the engagement where it differs from this page.
Payment and capacity
Build in a Day starts at $1,500 and is paid before the scheduled day. It covers one small, prepared scope. A 30-Day Implementation starts at $6,000: $3,000 reserves the start, with the remaining quoted balance due before kickoff. This reserves defined delivery capacity over 30 days, not 30 full working days or unlimited requests. A 60-minute working session is $250, paid when booked.
Scope and client participation
You provide the agreed information, access, examples, and timely decisions. We discuss changes or delays and confirm any revised scope, fees, or schedule before proceeding. New features and work outside the agreement are quoted separately. Software subscriptions and usage charges are separate and explained before commitment.
Your setup and information
Your accounts and business information remain yours. The proposal identifies ownership and usage rights for paid-for deliverables, including any pre-existing templates, licensed software, or third-party materials. We use your confidential information for the agreed work and agree on the information AI tools may access and the actions people must review.
Testing and handoff
We test the agreed workflow using representative examples and the acceptance checks in your proposal. Build in a Day includes simple instructions and a recorded handoff. A 30-day engagement includes documentation and team training within scope. No specific revenue, savings, or error-free AI output is promised.
Implementation defect coverage
Report an implementation defect within 30 days of handoff. A defect means the delivered setup does not meet the agreed specifications or acceptance tests because of my implementation. Reported covered issues remain covered until resolved. New requests, client changes, and third-party platform changes are separate work. Later assistance is $150 per hour with an approved spending cap.
Cancellation and delivery concerns
Your proposal defines cancellation, rescheduling, and completion or refund remedies before you pay. If delivery does not meet the agreement, contact me in writing so we can review it against the agreed scope and resolve the concern. See the refund policy for the process.
