3. No Refund Conditions
3.1 Absolute Policy
Under no circumstances will Bell Consulting Solutions issue refunds for:

  • Completed services

  • Partially completed services

  • Consultation hours

  • Project management work

  • Any other professional services provided

3.2 Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:

  • Ensuring project requirements are fully understood

  • Providing timely and accurate information

4. Payment Obligations

  • Late payments will incur additional fees

  • Partial or non-payment does not constitute grounds for refund

By utilizing Bell Consulting Solutions' services, clients explicitly acknowledge and accept this non-refundable service policy.

All services are provided subject to these non-refundable terms.
