I study your answers and preplan your build. The questionnaire points me in the right direction; the deeper discovery questions get asked live on build day, when we can actually dig in together.


Step 2: One build day


Build day runs on a simple rhythm. We meet three times, and each meeting runs about an hour:

  1. 9:00 alignment meeting. We confirm the plan and answer the deep questions.

  2. 1:00 progress meeting. You see the build in motion and steer while there is still time to steer.

  3. 4:00 handoff meeting. Full walkthrough of your finished workspace.


Between those meetings, I build: your hierarchy first, then automations, then your dashboard.


One honest note: those three meetings are a real commitment. You are the expert on your business, and the build is only as good as the input. Plan to be present for all three.


Step 3: You walk away with


  • A workspace built around your business. Tailored hierarchy plus a delivery space, up to 5 custom fields, structured the way you actually work.

  • Automations and a dashboard, live. Up to 3 automations running and a CEO dashboard you can check every morning.

  • A walkthrough recording. Your team onboards by pressing play, not by booking more meetings with you.
